Return Policy

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us at King and Queen. We offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy:
  • For returns, please email hello@kingandqueenjewellery.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund, please email hello@kingandqueenjewellery.com with the detail, we will require proof of how the package has arrived damaged to be eligible for a refund.

  • Timing: If your product is faulty, we must be advised within 24 hours of you receiving the faulty product.

  • Exchanges are accepted, but goods must be in unused condition, including all boxes. You have 30 days from receipt of goods to start the exchange process. Buyers will be responsible for return postage.

  • If you are unsatisfied with the product in any way, you are eligible for a return, but must be in unused condition, including all boxes. Buyer will be responsible for return postage along with any customs charges.

  • We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost package" situations.

  • When returned item is received and inspected, the customer will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
